It was more like a 4.5. And only because I just tried once and I am in chronic pain. However, it was so nice to also get the cupping on my face and neck without the red marks. I will definitely return. Although it's tucked away and a little distance away from the Las Vegas Strip it is definitely worth going for deep tissue massage.
