So bad here. Poor Management. Garbage everywhere , broken security gate. Loud tenants, drugs/illegal activity and RATS. I had to do my own repairs. Apartment was dirty with stained carpet. A/C vent filter was packed with dirt. Vents have dirt. Rat droppings inside heat system closet in hallway. Moving before lease is up. Disgusting and dangerous. Apparently in the next building someone got shot at a card game. Other neighbors complain that upper unit bathrooms are leaking down in their unit.

Living here for over a year, worst place by far! Karen, Diana and Brenda all work in the office and are rude! They will not return your phone calls, they won't answer your emails, they'll give you excuse after excuse on why things aren't getting fixed! I have mold in my newborn babies wall, was confirmed by three different maintenance people. Yet Brenda still refuses to accept the fact that my wall is water damaged with mold. I have sent pictures, videos and nothing. They told me they'd come out to fix it and remove everything from the wall, then maintenance guy came and made

I've lived here for 4 years don't move here!
These are Slumlords the property management company does not take care of property nor apartments. Garbage is constantly littered in complex and lights don't work which causes severe safety hazards. They were supposed to install a security gate. It's been a year and it still isn't installed. He gym has nothing in it. You can't even call it a gym. I have reported the conditions repeatedly to the corporate office but they are just as bad they do not return calls or emails. No I have to report the complex to housing code enforcement

The new landlord in charged named Caitlin is great. She responds to emails within a day and takes care of resident issues as quickly as possible. She explains everything you need to know in the best way possible. She seems to be eager to make the complex better and I am happy to have her as my landlord. Thank you Caitlin!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I Lived here for about 2 years and all I can say is what is right with this place ? First you are overcharged for rent then, all the extra charges they get you move in. They have a rodent problem and all that was done was leaving traps not getting my apartment sprayed. It was dark almost the whole 2 years I lived there, the lights were non existent. I put several request for light outside and it wasn't until a couple of weeks before I moved that they were fixed . Trash is everywhere! If we pay all that money we should have it picked up regularly

I've lived here less than 2 weeks and I'm so unhappy. My toilet quit flushing, and the light in my fridge shorted out and then broke in my hand cutting me. I still don't have a mailbox key nor will the mgt open the box to give me my mail. I've told them about all of this, and they just keep coming up with excuses for why things aren't getting fixed. Finally, a maintenance man came and temporarily fixed the toilet and told me if it happens again, to open the tank and jiggle some hose. No. I just want my toilet to run as expected. Fix it. Then, the very next time I tried to flush it, it wasn't working

Very safe and quite environment under new management. Management is super quick to respond to my needs via email or phone call whenever I need something. Location is really close to everything like the park, groceries, fitness centers, hospitals, stores, etc. Valet trash service is great, they come pick up trash every night around 8pm or 9pm. Has an in unit washer and dryer, no more need to go to laundry mat. Highly recommend!

I've lived here almost 2 years now. I can honestly say, that management has been so much better in the last 5 months or so. There's been a huge turn around. This apartment complex is very beautiful, and they do their best to keep it clean and enjoyable. Staff is extremely friendly and always do their best to fit your needs, and concerns.

June 2017 my husband and I rented a 2nd story apartment with Twin Creeks, This was our first home together as we got married the next month. As it stands today I can not tell you how many management teams there have been in the last 2 years. Lets start at the beginning:

I like the layout and the balcony, fireplace/mantle, quiet, new carpet, big closet, work out room, location overall, landscaping, Donald the maintemence guy is nice, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in unit. Also the trash pick up is nice from your front door.
I dislike the roaches, smelly and old cabinets, water damage, loud street nearby so you cannot enjoy fresh air at night and hope to get any sleep (they can't really help that), parking (watch out for towing.....very costly!) Outdated kitchen and bathroom.
Overall it jas been fine. I would live here again. But not great. So there you go

After completing the app, I was informed it was a misprint and the special was supposed to be listed at $1510. Due to their error, mgmt approved the lower amount; however, shortened the lease from 12 months to 10 months. {See pictures of the "discounted" apartment we were assigned to.}

I lived here for 18 months, 9/16 through 3/18. Started out great, nice apartment, old, but nice and open. Nice neighbors and staff. The manager arranged periodic community get togethers in the common area. At staff change that stopped and repeated calls for repairs were ignored. I would like to believe this was just an adjustment period. I don't mind waiting for something, but i DO mind being ignored. I would be willing to bet that they have found their stride and are running smoothly now. I moved because of work, nothing else.

Cars being towed out of "reserved spots" without warning (3x), water bills exceeding reasonable amounts with no explanation, pay an extra $40/month for garbage pickup yet trash piles up on porch for days on end, faulty air conditioning with no follow up to correct issues (during 105 degree summer heat), pool closed during hottest days

My wife and I currently live in Twin Creeks I would say it's the worst apartment complex. We've had so many issues in our apartment that we have brought up to management and they have never sent anyone to fix the issues. Twin Creeks als has a bad problem with insects as well we have to get our apartment bombed and we still have a few pest issues. In addition to that the pool isn't always clean. But I would say the top issues with this apartment is that the management is poor and nothing is ever fixed. The outside of the apartments appear to look nice but once you move in it's a whole different story. Bugs all year round. They don't come out when you ask them to fix something we've requested multiple times to have are laundry room doors fix and still no one has come out to fix them it's been 5 months and we've called and went into the office . They are over priced for such bad service we will not be renewing are lease. Also they make you pay for garbage but the company who pick up your garbage doesn't come on the days they should and they leave trails of trash . Bad neighborhood we will definitely

A new manager has come in and fixed ALOT about these apartments and seem to care a lot more about the residents then the prior manager.
Most issues are fixed or addressed very soon after calling the office...
The maintenance "guy" who never once had a name has come into my house many times to fix stuff and his name is Mickey he is actually a very nice "guy" lol.
I have NOT seen any water bugs since!! Thank
