This is training with purpose. Can't make it to the gym? We got your back with Mountain Strong Training online programs specifically designed for high intensity training and climbing athletes. Whether you're looking for daily WOD emails to be sent the night before a WOD, or a hand-built custom training program, the Mountain Strong Training online program has options right for you.

This is Mountain Strong. This is training with purpose. Mountain Strong Denver is a gym dedicated to helping you excel in the gym, on the rock, at your job, in the yard with your kids, or in the rarest of alpine and mountain situations.
Our Classes
Report
We are an indoor rock climbing and high intensity training facility. All of our gym workouts are done in small group classes and focus on building real-life, usable strength and functional fitness. We offer two main paths, both different yet exceptional.

Choose our high intensity training classes for overall conditioning and fitness, or focus your skills more towards rock climbing and mountain adventures by trying our Rock Climbing Training Classes or BootCamps.
Membership Classes

Our membership classes and sport specific training camps (climbing, ski/snowboarding, cycling, olympic weightlifting) are designed to produce supremely skilled and conditioned athletes, both physically and mentally. We use all the modalities at our disposal to build strength and resist injury while focusing heavily on the strategies and philosophy of excelling in whatever you choose to spend your time doing.

We ask our athletes to signup for classes they wish to attend on Mind Body Connect. Drop-ins are welcome anytime but please show up 10 min early to sign a waiver. Call or email us ( info@mountainstrongdenver.com ) ahead of time if possible, this helps us monitor class sizes and ensures you have the best coaching support we can provide.
Events

Just a reminder that you MUST sign in on MindBody before every class! Make it a habit to plan your training week on Sundays- it helps us and your training consistency. You are welcome to do your own work out during scheduled class times, but please check Mindbody first. If the classes are full, DO NOT come in.
