My experience with Dr Aaron Rapps ended in disaster. At first I was recommended to the practice by a co worker, I then booked an appointment with Dr Rapps on the phone. On the day of the first appointment I was called and notified that Dr Rapps couldnt make it and therefore Dr Ben Kreshenbaum would replace him for this specific appointment. This appointment was for a cleaning and a check up and it went very smoothly, the staff was very warm and welcoming, I then scheduled a follow up appointment for a small filling, this is when I met Dr Rapps.
