Los Volcanes Mexican Restaurant

I was raised in Mexico and we just moved back from Florida where there is no Mexican food. Perhaps it was that, but I thought the food was delicious. I ordered the chile rellenos which were served with rice and beans. The beans tasted like my mom's. My family and I have eaten at Los Volcanes numerous times.

The food is always delicious, I consider it the best authentic, mexican food around!. The staff is always friendly, usually the owner either seats us or comes to the table to make sure everything is to our liking. I live in Denver and can't wait to visit my family in Parker so I can eat at Los Volcanes.
