Fit is a wellness/fitness environment based on, not only, the immeasurable physical benefits of exercise but also the wonderful mental and spiritual aspects generated from the movement of the body and taking care of one's SELF! Fit. is the vision of Laura Minor, who has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years.

Located in the wonderful neighborhood of South Broad Ripple, just feet from the Monon Trail, is an inviting and motivating space. This show features Indianapolis based author John Green (who wrote The NY Times Best Seller "Fault in our Stars"), and his best friend Chris Waters. They embark on a 100 day fitness and wellness journey to test their limits and expand their horizons.

Laura Minor, owner of So. Be. Fit., earned her Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University, and also holds the Gold Standard American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Personal Training Certification. Read Laura's interview with ACSM. Much to the public's surprise, there is no official "law" determining who can call themselves a Personal Trainer.

You will experience multiple types of equipment for a full body workout that will be fun and challenging. The instructor will lead you through a timed circuit style incorporating 10-15 stations with equipment such as trx straps, medicine balls, kettlebells etc. This class is open to all levels of fitness ready to take it to the next level!

Laura is the founder and owner of So. Be. Fit. Laura saw a gap in the fitness community, and that was her inspiration for opening So.

You can either purchase a single session/class at a time, or you may purchase a punch card of 10 sessions/classes which saves you some money overall, and the hassle of paying each time! We keep the card and track the sessions for you.

Sure! Laura would like for you to sign up for a Fitness Consultation with her before beginning classes/training, so that you and her can meet and get an idea of goals, personal history, etc.but it is not required; just highly recommended.The classes are adaptable for beginners through more experienced exercisers, so just about anyone can take the classes.
