I agree with Bolton, beware of AR. She is rude and inhumane. This "Christian" counseling center was my worst experience yet. After they promised me a scholarship to attend counseling, they disappeared on me after I had trusted that therapist with details of my life to get some help and guidance. Likewise, after they promised to get me a "scholarship" for subsequent sessions, they just never called me again and just cancelled my profile with no explanation after I had taken my time to create it, describe my issues, and pay in full for a session I could not afford with the promise that I would get

Will try to keep it short, but I found Agape Counseling at a key time in my life. Counseling with Caleb has helped me grow in a lot of ways I wanted to before but didn't seem to be able to. I had lived most of my life repressing my emotions. Now I'm beginning to feel and work through fear, shame, sadness, anxiety and grief. Which has allowed to me feel glimmers of hope, joy and peace.

I don't know anything about Caleb, but my wife and I spent 4 months with Denise as a marriage counselor. She is not married, and for some reason the entire counseling was completely one-sided. She sided on my wife with EVERYTHING - never once did she say that my wife was in the wrong in any way shape or form. I mean, 4 months of counseling, and my wife was never in the wrong in our 4 years of marriage? Not only that, but my wife was REPEATEDLY allowed to be rude and mean in the counseling session to me, without a word from Denise, meanwhile I was called "abusive" for asking my wife, "Do you want

I have seen Denise Kirsop every other week for over 8 months. She has gently walked alongside me as I process, grieve, and move beyond an abusive Christian marriage and divorce. Denise created a safe space (in both marital counseling and our individual sessions), has made sure I dont get stuck anywhere in the healing process, and consistently speaks Biblical Truth. I especially appreciate her ability to help me distinguish where my responsibility does and does not lie in all this mess, in a kind way, giving me a clear picture of myself (both the good and the bad), something
