Jeff and Susan Abelt met at veterinary school over 30 years ago and their lives have been filled with love and care of animals since. Their four grown children also share their love for animals. They live on a small farm with their dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. They also enjoy training and showing their dogs, Collies and Italian Greyhounds.
Growing up, Dr. Jeff Abelt always knew he wanted to work closely with animals, his dream was realized in 1986 when he graduated from veterinary school. He specializes in orthopedic work. He's worked closely with horses in equine facilities and spent a lot of time in clinics, on farms, and at dog and horse shows.
