With over 20 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, Michael brings an expansive approach to bodywork. Skilled in body reading and postural evaluation, Michael is able to see where soft tissue restrictions bind the body and decrease mobility.

Combining Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Structural Integration, Michael is able to locate the core of dysfunction, helping clients bring themselves into a more efficient balance, optimizing their body's function and mobility.Passionately dedicated to the healing work of massage, and equally as dedicated to her work as a mom.

Most Massage and Bodywork sessions are a combination of two or more modalities. Unless otherwise requested, most sessions will include the use of moist heat packs and hot towels. Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. Using NMT, your massage therapist manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.

Structural Integration works to lengthen, stretch, and soften this tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body. It is practiced in an organized series of sessions or individual sessions within a framework that is designed to restore postural balance by aligning and integrating the body in gravity.
