Medical necessity is easily obtained from any doctor including any chiropractic physician after they do a thorough exam. You are free to go to any medical provider or facility you choose, you do NOT have to use your own health insurance.

All massage therapists must meet the minimum requirements by the Oregon State Board of Massage Therapy and pass a written and practical exam with at least 70% in order to obtain their state license. It is ILLEGAL to practice massage therapy without a license in the State of Oregon. All massage therapists must renew their licenses every two years and meet the minimum requirements for continuing education.
