If I could give a zero star I would. I called this place after I.been calling around my baby collaped she wasn't breathing and they said they could try and fit her in. Who says that about an emergency? I pull up bc that's who I am I wanted to save my baby and they had no one there. Their lobby was empty no cars in the parking lot. And yet they said they would fit her in. But they sure were quick to say she passed after putting me on hold for what.

With the prices they charge, they need to work on their bedside manner. No preventative maintenance unless you follow up & pay more. You get initial treatment at a very costly rate with no options to save money. Its very important for money conscious people to know their options and be treated with respect! Grooming is well worth the money so thats a plus. Will be looking elsewhere

Not having yet made an initial vet visit since we moved here, we weren't having any luck securing a last minute visit for our dog that was seemingly very ill. However, Cliffdale Animal Hospital came through, and fitted us in despite being booked all day long. Our dog was examined, given medicine and will be fine. We were very grateful.
