I know COVID has caused negative issues for many businesses but we had a scheduled appointment for our elderly dog who is very anxious. We arrived well before our appointment time, checked in and waited in the parking lot due to COVID protocol. We waited 20 minutes past our appointment time and left in frustration while other cars were coming and going, picking up their pets and getting attention.
I received a call from the office after we left asking where we were and I told them we had to leave. Our dog was in distress from the ride and the long wait so we went home. Now, I've tried to call back
