What are your boarding requirements?
Boarding pets need current wellness exams and core vaccinations. Dogs require rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella, and influenza vaccines with parasite screening. Cats need rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.
Do you accept new boarding clients?
Yes, we require initial vet visits to establish doctor-patient relationships and assess boarding suitability. First-time pets get $40 off their initial exam.
Are boarding reservations required?
We strongly recommend booking stays at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Trial boarding options help assess pet suitability for overnight stays.
What grooming services do you offer?

I recently moved to Durham and needed to find a new dog groomer. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment for my dogs to get groomed. I received an email confirmation for these appointments. I confirmed the appointments over the phone with the receptionist and through the app Pet Desk. I sent over vaccine records via email as requested. When I arrived for my appointments, I was told my appointments were canceled almost a month ago and my dogs would not be seen today. I was also told I couldn't have my dogs groomed there unless the had a vet check as well which was not communicated in any way in the

They where great with my puppy. I just wish they did emergency visits. Some people can't afford a emergency vet. Other then that they where great.

In a three month time span they have refused to see two sick dogs on different occasions. They are well both well established patients already. Told us just to take them to the emergency vet.

0 stars. I can remember when I thought I had found the best vet ever. Now, I would not go to them if they paid me to. They have turned away two of my family's sick babies who are established patients there. During normal business hours as well. If you can't handle a sick dog than you should not have hospital attached to your name.
