The bigger shops hire guys, often in their first few years of fixing cars, and seldom certified. With little or no experience comes more mistakes. Because we have less Quantity we have more QUALITY. We are much more thorough with our diagnosis, repair and test driving of every vehicle. The other shops just can't allow the time to do any of these things in detail and keep their quantity up.
