At Underwood Law Office, our law firm makes our community safer by representing people needlessly harmed by others. We are proud to help people in their most desperate times of need. We are dedicated to obtaining justice for the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless and the defenseless. Our lawyers are committed to the jury system.

We believe it is the most effective method of ensuring the powerless receive justice from the powerful. Our clients should expect comfort, counsel, expertise and communication during our representation. At one time or another, everyone knows what it's like to be taken advantage of by someone more powerful.

About Our Firm
Report
When Mark Underwood was growing up, a corner was set aside in his house for a picture of a young man in a military uniform. When Mark was old enough, he asked: "Mommy who is that a picture of?" Over the years, the story stuck with Mark Underwood. Mark went to law school. After graduating from law school in 1989, he worked for large law firms with clients like Union Carbide.
Mark Forest Underwood
Report
He currently represents 185 victims of the West, TX fertilizer plant explosion that killed 15 and injured 300. He also represents six of 14 class representatives in the class action arising from the Freedom Industries MCHM chemical spill that poisoned the water for 300,000 people in Charleston, WV.
Claudia Morales
Report
She is the legal assistant for the McKinney, Texas office. Claudia is fluent in Spanish and English. In a multi-cultural community, Claudia provides the tremendous benefit of having an in house Spanish interpreter. This is effective for not only our Spanish speaking clients, but also in situations where there is a language barrier between our clients and the opposition.
