After working in the multifamily and real estate investment arenas for more than 30 years, David Mullin and John Chase founded The Apartment Company in 1993. They believe in purchasing B and C class multifamily properties, renovating them and managing them for the long term which offers an infinite ROI - the opportunity to "get rich slow" while creating thriving communities for tenants.
