We are also currently the only company with a FAA Form 7711 Certificate Waiver of Authorization to fly and conduct commercial drone operations in the West Maui "No Fly Zone" (due to proximity to the Kapalua Airport) This area spans from Kapalua Bay South to Wahikuli Beach Park by Ka'anapali.The process to acquire the waiver was a laborious 2 year effort with the FAA and local authorities.
