The Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate has been named the Best Real Estate School in Massachusetts. We offer pre-licensing classes for salesperson's and brokers. The sales course is only $ 365 and includes the material. The Broker course is $ 385 and includes the text book and supplemental material to help out students.
We provide all of our students with an online testing program that assist with exam preparation. We also allow our students to sit in on a course again at no charge within one year from course completion. Please join us so you can be prepared to pass the exam the first time. Our students come from Boston, Brookline, Braintree, Quincy, Waltham, both South Shore and North Shore towns.

To schedule the exam you will need to mail your application to the exam HQ (cited below). Once approved they will send you an email with instructions as to what you need to do to schedule your examination. 3) Broker ( Bond and Employer Broker Certification and license information.) In Addition to the pages we went over in class the first four pages of the PDF below needs to be sent in with the paperwork you have already received.
