Management is unresponsive. Two months after I sent in my notice to vacate they tried to renew my lease. After calling the office I had to pull up the date and time of the email thread for my notice to vacate for them to adjust this. I was also charged a full months rent for the week my lease was active in my last month. They never adjusted the amount after numerous emails and calls. Maintenance guy was cool though. Terrible management and overpriced housing, I would not recommend any one to move here.

Nice apartments and convenient location but horrible customer service. Leasing office staff are extremely unfriendly and disinterested (with the exception of Katie). Maintenance work orders take a minimum of 3 days to be attended to. The apartment was handed over to us without being cleaned properly and a number of maintenance issues.
Update as of Nov 17: Received a prompt call from the property manager to gather more information and a commitment that she will personally come to the apartment with maintenance and ensure everything is fixed. She gave me one date and didn't show up. Then I had to

Im very disappointed to know that my rent has increased from $1750 to $1830 per mo, for no reason, during a pandemic! We have a new management company who bought out the previous owner, and when its close to your lease renewal, they send you a letter (through the US mail) saying while they appreciate you as a tenant, be advised that your rent will increase and that you can renew or get out! This complex is definitely not like it use to be..the standard has gone way down and it looks like, after 10 yrs of living here, I may be force to find another place to live. Its just not the same.

We like the apartment community very much. All rooms were well lighted. Very nice view with Maple tree. We liked both old and new management. They usually listen to your request. Price is little higher than others. Nearby areas are very good and in a very good school district. The clubhouse and swimming pool are awesome.
