We had a wonderful experience working with Robyn to purchase our home in Oceanside. We moved from the East coast last year during the peak of Covid, which resulted in us having to buy our property sight unseen. Robyn was our eyes and ears throughout the process and did a fantastic job finding us a perfect house in an extremely competitive market...from across the country... all during a pandemic nonetheless! Robyn Goodkind was the perfect realtor to help us find our home in Oceanside CA. She is involved in the community and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. She is also very knowledgable about the mechanics of a home and was able to provide useful advice specific to homes we viewed.

We absolutely love our Henie Hills home in Oceanside, and highly recommend Robyn Goodkind of Goodkind Properties. Purchasing a home is not easy in our area. When we first saw this house I thought there was a party was going on, there were so many buyers coming and going. We said to Robyn, we want this and she developed a plan for success. Even though there were multiple bids, Robyns strategy got us the home and we couldnt be happier.
