Called up one of the contractors to make an appointment. Took off work to meet. He was a no show no call. When I called he said he got tied up so we set another time same thing no call no show. When I called him same answer he got tied up. Told me he would call later to set up a time. Never heard from him.

Have used Compass for a couple of major home improvement projects and been highly satisfied in both cases. Very professional in terms of service, workmanship, and follow-up. They stayed on schedule and kept me advised of any developments. Also, came in lower that other bids. Highly recommend!
