Great Vietnamese food in Woodbury? No way, I thought, after receiving a recommendation about a new restaurant in town. But here we are in the pretty green-and-beige room at Thanh Tru C, listening to the soothing classical music on the sound system and thoroughly enjoying our food. We all have our biases, but now it's time for me to let go of the notion that the food at small ethnic restaurants won't be any good if the neighborhood is too nice.
