The Haven provides Ball State Students with wonderful amenities, a friendly staff, and spacious apartments. Its relatively close proximity to campus is also very beneficial. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to other Ball State students.

The Haven is a great location for Ball State students to live! The apartments are just a few minutes from campus and they even provide shuttles to and from for their residents. The Haven provides excellent amenities for their residents; the pool is such a great treat in the summer! Additionally, the staff is so friendly and respectful, I am not intimidated to ask questions or voice my concerns! Overall, the Haven is a great place to live

Great value for traditional and non-traditional students. Offers a clean and secure living space with tons of amenities. Hard to beat the location. Just a bit too far to bike onto campus, but works if you have a car or the time to wait for the shuttle if it is on schedule that week.
