An unpleasant reason to stop in, handled with care, consideration, and professionalism. They abide by the oath to do the best for creatures . . Respect. I work in the veterinary industry. We have to be graceful with all animals . . Those that have guardians are lucky, those who are strays have angels. This team did good.

The lady told me she can't accept walk-ins, and there were no appointments. However, I heard her make an appointment for someone on the phone for 10:30 (I was there at 8:15) that day. She did suggest the ER to me, but my dog just had a skin infection that needed some ointment. It didn't really rise to the level of urgent care, yet that's where I had to go since they wouldn't make an appointment for me. Every other vet I've ever been to will usually see you or try to squeeze you in for something so s all but this place seemed wholly unwilling to help.

This has been my cats' vet since I've had them. We love this neighborhood vet and Dr. K Remembers us and our needs every time we visit. It can be tricky to get an appointment, so its best to call with plenty of lead time for your regular visits.

1st off, I do want to say that Dr.Colon is amazing. I DO NOT have any complaints about this place except for the fact that the receptionist are NASTY! They speak to you as if you're a bother... ladys... please remember you get paid because of clients like me who are loyal to your clinic ONLY because Dr.Colons bed side manner is awesome. Hire more mature women, cause the young lady's you have working for your clinic need hospitality Training!
