My dog was overdue for her vaccinations and had a rsh forming on her body, so I needed a vet that was close to home. We had a 12:30 appointment, no one saw us until 40 minutes later. My dog and I were getting impatient and the person I spoke to on the phone took notice of my attitude. Then they cancelled the appointment and refunded me the $85 deposit fee, explaining that they didn't know about her temperament and didn't like us being impatient. Both of those were poor excuses. I explained to the doctor when I made the appointment that my dog wasn't friendly towards strangers amd she told me to
