Best Breakfast in Bend, Oregon at great prices for the locals! We have 500 sq ft of outdoor decking with outdoor seating, propane heaters for the colder Spring days! I believe you will love the changes we have made in our 99 year old building. The Palmer's Cafe has been in business for over 50 years and it has always been the best breakfast in Bend, Oregon and with outstanding lunch menu but breakfast is serve all day!
