These apartments are the absolute worst. Please do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. First, there is no surveillance. I only lived here for a year and theres been multiple incidents of cars broken into, windows broken, garages broken into, and my personal car was even broken into. The pool looks disgusting in the winter times, full of rotted leaves and mold. They dont clean it. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of the neighbor above you and can even hear then using the restroom. In the time Ive lived here, my fridge, washer and dryer, outlets had broken, and the

Pros: Nice apartments overall. Management is good.
Cons: Insect are common. Over priced when you compared to the area. They charge for water, garbage, and sewer. So expect extra $150 on-top of your rent.

Very good management and for the quality of the apartments, you cant beat the price. Gym, pool, and hot tub are always kept very clean. Being this close to town center also makes this place a steal.

We have been visiting our friends in Sterling Ranch Apartments complex located in El Dorado Hills. Pretty nice place, safety with enough space for parking. The prices are not for low-income families. And starts from 1100$ for one bedroom. There is fitness hall, tennis court, basketball playground and etc.
