The application fee is $45 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!

How do I pay rent? We are a paperless community! Why am I not able to register? Your name and email address are required to sign up for your account. Both of these have to match what we have on file for you. If either of these are entered incorrectly you will not be able to sign up. If you wish to change your e-mail address you'll need to login with your old account and change it in the Resident Portal.

Hi Jaida, thank you for leaving us a review! We are so happy to hear you've loving your new home and are here should you ever need anything! I rarely be home but when I do it's a very quiet & clean community, office staff has great communication skills overall. Only downside for me is the plumbing throughout my unit.
