Summit Insurance has worked really hard over the last year to earn my business. They provided many different group health insurance options for my small business and explained all of them well. This place is a joke. I was insured August of 2016 and it is now March of 2017 and I still haven't received my insurance card. People rarely answer their phone and when somebody finally does, I get nowhere with them. If my employer wasn't providing my insurance, I'd definitely be going somewhere else.
