In practice since 2009, Dr. Theresa Crandall took over Coastal Spine and Rehab Center in 2012 to share the healing of chiropractic care with the Hudson and its surrounding communities. Our office has been a chiropractic practice since 1985 and is conveniently located in the Scott Medical Plaza across the street from the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point.

Though she worked in cybersecurity after college, Dr. Theresa understood the value of chiropractic after spending many years serving as a chiropractic assistant. She soon realized that she wasn't happy in her chosen field, and talked over her options with her husband. I knew I was happiest when I was working for the chiropractor, so my husband suggested that I enter the profession.
Meet Dr. Rivera

Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico he is a proud Latin-American who has made Wesley Chapel, Florida his home. He attended Miami Dade College where he earned his Opticianry & Opthalmic Technicians degree. Having worked for several years in the Medical Visual Field, he continued his studies and received a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Excelsior College in New York.
