Here at Pearson Family Chiropractic, we have a "No Wait" policy for our established patients. Our friendly and courteous staff understands that you have life outside our office, and with that in mind, we feel no one should have to wait longer than 5 or 15 minutes to be seen. If we are running late, it is usually due to working in an emergency patient, and we will tell you upon arrival how long you can expect to wait.

Heat and cold. At Pearson Family Chiropractic, Dr. Pearson may alternate between heat and ice therapy to help your area of pain. Ice packs may be used to numb the back for a 10 to 15 minute period and then switched with a heating pad, heat wrap or hot water bottle to restore blood flow to the area and promote faster healing.

Chiropractors use specific mobilization and manipulation techniques to the feet to ensure that areas of restricted movement are released, which will have an effect on how your feet are functioning and will help your problem resolve better. It doesn't make sense to just put an orthotic in a shoe without using both manipulation to clear the restrictions in your foot, and give specific exercises to strengthen the supportive musculature.
