We assist with the setup of S Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships. The decision as to the type of entity is a crucial one from the aspects of both tax and business liability. I think its so important to acknowledge when someone does great work! Randy, Katie and Stephanie are amazing! Kilgore & Co have been our CPAs for a few years now, and they are very competent and knowledgeable! We really enjoy their cute.
