In October of 1976, I was fortunate enough to share with you the art of Italian cuisine and my family's long-shared traditions. My culinary experiences began in my home in Duronia, Italy and have been carried all the way to you in downtown Dayton's Historic Oregon District. My staff and I have carefully orchestrated each menu item to make each meal a very enjoyable and special event.

Sauteed and seasoned with Franco's "nuovo" arrabiata seasoning and served in our fresh marinara sauce or deep fried to a crisp golden finish. Served with our spicy cocktail sauce. Seasoned herb and cheese flatbread baked with fresh tomatoes, romano and mozzarella cheese. A blend of fresh Italian meats, cheeses and marinated peppers garnished with fresh vegetables.

Seasoned and lightly breaded, deep fried until golden brown or sauteed with our fresh marinara. A blend of fresh Italian meats & cheeses garnished with our fresh selection of vegetables. Spinach, Franco's sausage, pine nuts, red onions and alfredo sauce with gorgonzola cheese. An 8 pizza folded, stuffed with prosciutto, pepperoni, salami, capicollo, mortadella, Italian sausage, ricotta, mozzarella and our special tomato, peppers & onions sauce.
