Took my dog on Wednesday because he was not eating or drinking. Notice that he was having hard time peeing, just trickle, trickle. Urinalysis shows blood in urine and that he has fever. Diagnosis - kidney infection. Gave antibiotics. Friday, noticed that he had chewed/ bit his skin and was very hot. Called vet and told them situation. Took pictuand sent to vet, but did not get response that Friday or Monday. By Tuesday, I called because he was not getting better, still not eating or drinking and was very hot. By this time I see red spots on his belly and bumps along his back. Took him back to vet

Do Not bring your pet here if they don't like other cats or dogs, because this place allows some animals to roam freely around the place and this can cause issues. Also, if you bring your pet here, be prepared to be constantly be bombarded with numerous pieces mail, emails, etc.

My puppy had a strong reaction to a bug bite and started to swell up badly during a trip to San Antonio. Luckily a friend recommended Oaks North. I'm used to packed lobbies, nurses that confuse pets, vets that don't even know what the pet came in for. This was the complete opposite. I wish they could be my primary doctor. Nurses and doc were extremely patient and caring. They treated my puppy with respect and made sure he was comfortable. They asked me many questions to fully understand his illness. The entire visit took 28 minutes. The doc was amazing and made sure to let me know costs before
