I filled out an extensive pre-treatment form and did not qualify for treatment. It impressed me that my long term satisfaction was more important than their short-term financial gain. Even though I didnt end up getting treated, they were very friendly and generous.

So I booked through Groupon on what seemed like a great deal for 6 laser hair removal sessions. My first encounter was just ok as the women at the reception desk just sat and loudly gossiped about their co-workers. It didnt bother me much until the other unprofessional events occurred. Literally every session I book is either rescheduled last minute or cancelled due to their nurse practitioners schedule which is out of their control as they expressed. The practitioners only are there twice a week which is already difficult to work with. 2 minutes from my appointment time they called and
