Exams and Consultations

Bringing your pet to West Charleston Animal Hospital for physical examinations is crucial to his or her health. We offer thorough physical examinations so that we can detect any potential problems ahead of time. There are many pet health problems that could be avoided through regular physical exams, which is why we recommend that your pet has at least two examinations with our staff per year.
Microchipping

The Home Again Microchip is a safe, non-migrating microchip with an unalterable 10 digit code which lasts the entire life of your pet. The chip is approximately the size of a grain of rice and is injected between your pet's shoulder blades.
Vaccinations

All residents living within the city of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson are by law required to license their pets. People residing in the unincorporated area of Clark County are no longer required to have a pet license. In order to obtain a license for your pet you must have a current Rabies certificate.
