While it takes nearly 3 years to earn a license as an appraiser, many more years are required to become highly proficient. Each of our appraisers has attained the highest level of licensure a residential real estate appraiser can achieve from the New York State Division of Licensing Services, which regulates and oversees our profession.
Most appraisers have no experience doing appraisals for anything other than mortgages, where a target value is provided by the bank. Our experienced appraisers have the local market knowledge necessary to provide you with an accurate, reliable appriasal of your property. All of our appraisers are licensed by New York State to provide certified residential appraisals.
