Your first appointment may be for an examination and treatment plan, regular cleaning or even a toothache emergency. At this appointment there will be several forms to fill out. These may include an up to date health history, insurance information, consent for treatment forms, sleep history and/or general patient information forms.

Dr. Stringer grew up in Kingston, Tennessee, but his parents were originally from the Putnam County area. After graduating from Roane County High School in Kingston, he went on to receive a B.S. in biology from Tennessee Tech. Following graduation he attended the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1982.
