Maintenance people to the office staff were kind and genuine. Unfortunately, I am no longer one of their residents but they made it possible for a single mom to start over hundreds miles away from family and friends. Thank you all for the kindness you showed me over the past 5 years.

Do not rent from these guys. When I first got this place, I thought I was getting a deal. $750 for a decent sized (3 bedroom) home, yard, garage. After moving in I realized the ceiling and floors were super uneven, the paint job was horrible, paint was speckled on the kitchen floor, cracks everywhere. Most of the vents dont work so the house was freezing during winter. If you ever want to contact them, don't bother. They won't ever email you back and you have to call at a certain time to hopefully talk to someone. Don't bother leaving a voicemail. Their hours are like 9AM-4PM but you'd think
