Aby's Restaurant opened its doors back in May of 2002 as a pizza place in the center of Matawan. During our first years, we started to introduce some of our traditional Mexican dishes to our customers. Not only we received support from our customers, but we also better identified with our roots, traditions, and culture.

Large corn tortilla chips topped with beans, cheese, pico de gallo, black olives, guacamole, sour cream, and your choice of meat or mixed veggies. Grilled mexican sausage served on a hot iron skillet over a bed of grilled pepper, onions, and melted cheese. Flour tortilla folded over, filled with cheese and stuffed with your choice of meat, mixed veggies or only cheese.
