Services
Therapeutic Massage
Our signature integrative massage combines multiple techniques tailored to individual needs. Therapists use deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to address specific concerns. Thai Massage
Performed on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, this unique modality combines acupressure, stretching, and energy work. Tracey's specialized Thai sessions incorporate yoga-like movements to improve flexibility, release tension, and balance energy flow throughout the body.
Reiki Healing
Liliya's Reiki sessions channel universal life energy to promote deep relaxation and natural healing. This non-invasive technique helps reduce stress, alleviate pain, and restore emotional balance through gentle hand placements that follow the body's energy pathways.
Sports Massage
Designed for active individuals, this specialized treatment prevents injuries and enhances athletic performance. Therapists use deep tissue techniques and sports-specific stretches to address muscle imbalances, improve recovery time, and maintain optimal physical condition for athletes of all levels.

Specially adapted for expectant mothers, this service addresses pregnancy-related discomforts using safe, effective techniques. Therapists focus on relieving back pain, reducing swelling, and promoting relaxation through side-lying positioning and gentle, nurturing touch.
