Kemp Construction Commercial Division specializes in restaurant new builds and major remodels on a national level for some of the top restaurant brands in America. We have been building custom and speculative homes in the Wichita area since 1973. Kemp homes are in subdivisions such as Flint Hills National, Oak Creek, Rocky Creek, Wilson Estates, and we also build high-end homes in rural settings.

Kemp Construction started its commercial division in 1979 expanding its association with Pizza Hut Inc. Following PH success and continuing to expand as they did we added Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silvers & A&W all under the YUM brand umbrella.

Since those early days we have added national customers such as McDonalds Corp, Freddy's Frozen Custard, Krystal's, Fuddruckers, Andy's Frozen Custard, Communications Federal Credit Union, Banfield Pet Hospital, Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy and Quiktrip to our client base.Kemp Construction has completed over 2500 restaurant new builds & or remodels Nationwide since 1979.

Kemp Construction started in the residential building in 1973. After growing up with a group of skilled carpenters, Great Grandfather, Grandfather & Uncles and working alongside of them from a young age, it seemed a natural progression to be a part of the building industry. The work ethic, quality and skill set of these men played a large part in our company then and now.
