They built our home, our first home, and I will NEVER use them again!! They are only in it for money. Poor workmanship. Everything falls apart. Some things werent caulked. Just a bad experience and i wish i never got this house.

Singletary Construction is amazing. They all have a heart to help others and their professionalism is exemplary. Bert and the office staff (Matt and Kimberly) kept me informed, reassured my uncertainties as a first time buyer of a new construction. THERE IS NO OTHER BUILDER FOR BUTTERFLY MOMENTS. You should allow Singletary Construction to build your next endeavor. The property is so beautiful.

Our daughter and son-in-law just closed on a house that was build by Singletary Construction I would think long and hard before dealing with them. There were a number of items that were pointed out before the closing that needed to be fixed and weren't. Singletary's response was basically if you don't like it we can always cancel the contract and sell it to someone else. This is after they had invested money in upgrades not provided by the builder. Gouges in the walls muddy footprints that even a professional carper cleaner couldn't get out, scratched up tub. The sodded lawn looks like nothing
