Instead of enjoying life you spend a lot of time in your head analyzing what isn't working. The more time you spend in your head the harder it is to focus on the things you want or need to. Something has to change; how much smaller does your life get if it doesn't? For more than a decade I have been helping men in New York and Colorado get unstuck and start living more purposeful, fulfilling lives.

A native New Yorker, I packed up my car with my wife and dog in 2010 and headed west. My general response when asked what brought me to Colorado is "boredom", which is honestly the majority of the story. I was born, raised, and lived in New York all the way through graduate school, which left me feeling it was time for a bigger change.

Anxiety can be clear worrying about what might or could happen, or it can be a nagging feeling that things just aren't good enough. As if all those thoughts and feelings weren't uncomfortable enough, it can make your whole body feel restless. Anxiety can make your heart race, make your breathing change, make your whole body tense.

These are pretty general terms but I bet some pretty specific images jump to mind if you think about any one of them for a moment. These things are unavoidable in life, but the more space they take up the more they start to rob us of living the life we want, and being the man we want to be.

My fee is $160 for a 50 minute therapy session. I am happy to take whatever method of payment is most convenient for you including cash, checks, all major credit cards and HSA cards. I use a secured payment processor tailored to psychotherapists to protect your confidentiality and anonymity. I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance.

Depression can look a lot of different ways. It can be so debilitating you can barely get out of bed, or can be a lingering sense of listlessness with everything you are doing. One thing is for certain, life feels smaller, less meaningful. You've worked hard to get where you are but you feel like you can't enjoy it as much as you would like.
