Emily Sumner is the founding senior partner of Sumner Immigration Law. She has practiced immigration law exclusively throughout her career, focusing on development of systems and procedures that streamline and simplify the visa process and that decrease the often lengthy application period. Ms. Sumner also manages the high-volume labor certification needs of major corporations, working closely with them to reduce time and complexity.
Ashleigh Hale

Ashleigh graduated from Hollins University with a double major in French and International Studies. Ashleigh's undergraduate degrees and time spent studying abroad fostered her love and appreciation for other cultures. She went on to receive a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Courts Law Review and a member of the Honor Council.
Nikita Hernandez

Nikita Hernandez is a family-based paralegal fueled by chai tea, creativity, and organization. Nikita started her career in Tampa, Florida as a writer for a litigation firm drafting complaints, case file summaries, and special projects. She studied creative writing at the University of Tampa and graduated a year early with honors.
Namrata Tulyani

Namrata assists with immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, such as H-1Bs, PERMs and I-140s. Namrata was born in India and has personal experience with the immigration system. She loves traveling internationally to explore new cultures and foods. She likes to spend her summers at the Jersey shore and winters in NYC, attending Broadway shows.
