Our approach emphasizes accessing each person's unique strengths and resources in order to facilitate growth, new learning, and fulfillment. Our primary focus is on psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families. Based on an integrative approach, we utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities as a framework for encouraging growth.
