Prior to the start of each session, you and your therapist will discuss your concerns and devise a strategy to address your issues. Your therapeutic massage may include a variety of techniques including Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Deep tissue massage, active release technique, mechanical vibration/percussion therapy and sports massage.
