When I launched Quest Psychological and Counseling Services in 2017, I wanted to provide something different. I had worked in private practice settings that felt dingy and cold, where operations were more like a mill versus individualized care. With Quest, I wanted an emphasis on ethical practice and quality care with the goal of serving patients across the lifespan.

I thoroughly enjoy being a psychologist! One of my favorite things is helping people feel empowered to make the changes they feel are necessary in their life. My approach to treatment is collaborative in that I aim to work with the client in order to achieve the goals they have in mind. I enjoy using various treatment modalities that best fit the client's needs and make every effort not to take a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Helping others better understand their needs in order to reach their greatest potential is a passion of mine. I believe taking a holistic and tailored approach is essential to inform treatment and care. By providing comprehensive cognitive and emotional testing, I aim to give clients a better understanding of themselves in order to achieve their goals.

I believe you deserve the opportunity to be heard, feel understood, and experience a sense of peace. These are what I strive to help individuals accomplish through a nurturing and collaborative approach. I am a clinical psychology doctoral student who has experience working with various individuals from diverse, multicultural backgrounds with a variety of concerns.
