R.B. Olson Construction built a beautiful custom home for me in Pullman in 2017. I engaged them very early, so I had the benefit of some site feasibility conversations and plan modifications, as well. From start to finish, every step of the process was proactively and thoughtfully explained to me. The RBO team always made themselves available to answer my questions and provide input and insight on schedule, process, and design, and proactively sought my guidance on matters of style. Our contract was clearly written and proposals were accurate, so there were no surprises at the end of the project

We decided to contract with R. B. Olson to build a house after interviewing Bob and three other local builders in 2013. With his help we purchased a lot and worked with Mascord Design Associates to revise a stock house plan for our needs. Excavation and foundation work began in October, followed by framing in December. We moved into our new house June of the next year. The only problem a few months later was a slight leak around a window during wind-driven rain. It was quickly solved by Bob and Kenny with additional caulking.
