From start to finish when selling my home, Melissa was on top of everything and made the process so much easier than I anticipated. She worked extra hard to help things be presentable once the house was empty; assisted with anything that I was unable to take care of from out of state. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience for me (ending a relationship, transferring employment to another state, and building a home in the new location) ended up being calm, exacting procedurally, and actually a bit of fun with Melissa at the helm! This was my second time working with Melissa. This time around, she helped me sell my house in North Salt Lake, while I lived in Canada. I cant say enough how stress free she made the whole experience. I knew she had her eye on things and would help me if any issues came up. Shes very professional and better yet, shes fun!
